B2B Senior Project Manager

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives for a leading retail and B2B organisation. This is a 6-month rolling contract with opportunities for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the B2B eCommerce platform rewrite, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal business disruption.
• Oversee retail store-focused back-office and customer-facing solution implementations, driving operational efficiency and improved customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk logs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to agile delivery practices and continuous improvement principles.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex eCommerce and retail technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of B2B eCommerce platforms, back-office systems, and POS/customer-facing solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time, scope, and budget.
• Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.
